PCEC establishes a mutual recognition relationship with French BV/LCIE, German PTB, Russian CCVE, Norwegian DNV, German TUV and USA FM certification organizations and inspection organizations. It is the explosion-proof electrical testing laboratory of the International Electrotechnical Commission.
