1. If the led high bay light does not work, check the cable connection and make sure the AC cable is connected in strict accordance with the label tips.
2. Do not scrub the 150W led high bay light with wet cloth.
3. Do not install in wet, water leakage and unstable places.
4. Turn off the power before installation and demounting.

Warranty Terms

1. Under the warranty terms, if the 150w LED high bay light break down under normal usage within warranty period, VS Lighting will provide free maintenance, service based on the proof-documents and invoice (copy) of failure LED high bay light.
2. VS lighting will not provide paid maintenance service under following conditions even within warranty.
3. Failure or damage due to force majeure.
4. Failure or damage due to transport or unloading.
5. Failure or damage due to incorrectly usage or fail to comply with the User’s Guide and Caution.
6. Failure or damage due to demolition, repair alteration without manufacturer’s authorization.
7. Please deliver the failure LED high bay light by original packing for maintenance service; VS Lighting will not be responsible for any failure or damage by transportation if customer use non-original packing or improper packing
8. VS lighting reserves the right for final explanation of aforesaid terms.

Cautions: VS lighting will not be responsible for any other failure or damage by incorrectly usage.
